Letter To the Editor,

The Lynnfield Conservation Commission would like to thank the Lynnfield Tree Committee members, Beth Aaronson, Jane Bandini, and Alison McKendree, for their informative Spring 2012 Tree Talk Newsletter.  The newsletter, which was included in the Spring tax bill mailing, described how crucial trees are to Lynnfields' environment, how the October 2011 snowstorm impacted Lynnfield, and how fallen trees provide rich habitat for other plant and animal life.  We applaud the Lynnfield Tree Committee for writing an educational newsletter that can benefit all Lynnfield residents.
