Bootcamp - outside - *(inside the garage during inclement weather)

7 weeks, 14 classes (excludes vacation week of 4/16 – 4/20)

** Week of 4/2, classes will be held on Thursday, 4/5, instead of Friday, 4/6 (no school)
**Week of 4/9, classes will be on Wed. 4/11, instead of Mon. 4/9 (no school)

$150 – 14 classes – you can choose either time, early or mid-morning, but are NOT restricted to that timet hroughout the entire 14 weeks; in other words, you get 2 classes per week, either day, either time!
Classes consist of one hour of high and low intensity cardio and resistance training, using free weights, bands, balls, and other types of equipment. All you need is water and a towel – the instructor and the rest of the class will provide the motivation, in case yours is running low! These classes are meant for you to go at your own pace; the harder you work, the stronger you’ll get – you’ll be amazed at what your body can do, especially with a little support. Join us and get your body “beach ready” just in time for Memorial Day! Location will be at 19 Tophet Rd. Lynnfield.

Knitting 101 – The Basics

This class is designed for the beginning knitter. Students will learn to knit, pearl and cast on and off.

Supplies needed the first night are: 8” and 10” needles, one 2 ounce, 4 ply soft worsted weight yarn to make a soft knit cap. As the class progresses we will continue on to other simple knitting projects. The Class will be held at Lynnfield High School.

Golf In Lynnfield

Learn to golf or improve your game at Lynnfield’s own Reedy Meadow. Classes will include instruction in all phases of golf from learning the correct grip to golf etiquette. Emphasis will be place on the correct use of woods and irons, in addition to concentrating on chipping and putting.. Donnie and Eddie are PGA Class A Professionals. Spanish 101: Intro to Spanish

Have you always wanted to learn the Spanish language? Are you interested in learning some key words and basic phrases you can use? Come learn to speak Spanish in this 6 week introductory Spanish course. You will acquire knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and common phrases/sentences. A history of Spain and cultural tidbits regarding the Spanish-speaking world will also be shared. ¡Venga! Come! Join us for a sample into one of the most popular Romance languages- Spanish! This class is being held at Lynnfield High School.
