Jewelry Box Discarded After Apparent Break-In

Information is provided by the Lynnfield Police. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Wednesday, March 28 and Thursday, March 29.

On Wednesday, March 28 at 2:59 p.m., police personnel went to Post Office Square involving a matter involving possible property damage to a medical office.
At 3:25 p.m., police performed a civil stand-by.
At 6:34 p.m., A Main Street resident reported finding items on his property. It was a jewelry box with some pieces of jewelry and other miscellaneous items, and was apparently connected to a nearby break-in.
At 8:33 p.m., police took a report of a break-in connected to the previously mentioned incident.
At 10:30 p.m., police performed a well-being check on Pine Street.

On Thursday, March 29 at 5:57 p.m., a minor motor vehicle accident was reported at the lights next to Donovan's Liquors.
At 1:24 p.m., an officer secured a home on Munroe Street with an open door or window.
At 4:30 p.m., police took a walk-in report involving a domestic incident.
At 4:55 p.m., an officer investigated a 911 hangup call.
At 7:27 p.m., police responded to a domestic disturbance on Summer Street.
At 9:51 p.m., a call came in frm Pump 'N Pantry involving a suspicious car with an open door whose owner had been gone for about a half hour. An officer shut the vehicle's door and the owner soon returned.
