MIAA Tournament: The LHS girls volleyball team plays a semifinal game on the road Thursday against Shawsheen in an MIAA semifinal game. LHS entered the tournament as a #3 seed while Shawsheen was the #2 seed.
Flu Clinic: This Monday, November 12th, the Lynnfield Board of Health is holding a flu clinic at town hall from 6 to 8 p.m. The clinic is open to all. Please bring insurance cards. $10 fee for those whose insurance is not accepted. This is a re-scheduling of the clinic that was postponed because of Hurricane Sandy.
Tony Bennett Presentation: William C. Sarno is giving some lectures on American music icons in the coming weeks. On Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Old Meeting House in Lynnfield, Sarno discusses the life of Tony Bennett, who along with being a famous entertainer is also an artist and World War II veteran.
A Note From The Lynnfield Senior Center: Maureen Palla from Home Health VNA will be here to talk about how stress enters our body, ways to decrease stress and tips for a stress free holiday season. Thursday, November 8th at 12:30. Free. Please join us for lunch at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00. You must sign up for lunch by 12 noon the day before. Legally Blonde: Lynnfield High School has its production of “Legally Blonde” coming up. The show will be performed on Thursday, November 15th at 7:00, Friday, November 16th at 7:30, Saturday, November 17th at 7:30, and Sunday, November 18th at 2:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $14 for adults and $12 for children, students and seniors.
