Cut Christmas Lights And A Youth On The Porch

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, December 21st and Tuesday, December 25.

On Friday, Dec. 21 at 1:45 p.m., police checked an open door at a residence on Archer Lane. All was in order.
At 4:50 p.m., a trespassing complaint was received from the Calvary Christian Church.
At 6:57 p.m., a Newhall Road resident reported that somebody may have just been on their back porch. An officer located a large group of youths nearby.

On Saturday, Dec. 22 at 12:22 a.m., an accident was reported on Route 128 North.
At 6:20 a.m., a man was reported sitting in a car with the door open. An officer gave him a ride home.
At 6:16 p.m., an individual filed a report involving unwanted phone calls.

On Sunday, Dec. 23 at  12:41 a.m., police assisted with a disabled auto on 128 North.
At 1:34 a.m., a suspicious auto was reported at Crystal Motors on Kimball Lane. It turned out to belong to a worker.
At 4:34 a.m., police assisted state police on North Broadway in searching for a suspect who fled a vehicle stop on foot. The suspect was not found.
At 3:37 p.m., an accident was reported on Essex Street.
At 4:32 p.m., a suspicious auto was reported on Tappan Way. It turned out to be youths talking.

On Monday, Dec. 24 at 12:57 p.m., a Charing Cross resident reported their Christmas lights had been cut in two places.
At 6:20 p.m., an officer secured an open door found on Bridle Path.
At 6:48 p.m., an officer gave a verbal warning for speeding on Ramsdell Way.

On Tuesday, Dec. 25 at  4:45 a.m., police assisted Belmont in checking for a red pickup truck in town.
At 10:48 p.m., police placed a 21 year old man at the Bali Hai into protective custody.
At 11:39 p.m., a caller from the Bali Hai reported having an issue with the manager. An officer stood by until closing.
