Chiampa Dance Students Perform At Disney
After many months of preparations, students from Chiampa Dance Center in Lynnfield performed at Disney World on June 27.
Last month, Lynnfield Patch paid a visit to Chiampa Dance Center in town as the students were getting ready for a performance at Disney World in Orland, Florida. The students spent more than a year practicing and fundraising for the performance, which took place on June 27 at the Downtown Disney Waterside Stage. That article can be viewed at this link.
The dance performance went well, the kids participanted in a couple of Disney dance workshops and other fun activities on their trip, and they even received a visit from a special Disney guest.
"At the conclusion of their workshop, Goofy surprised them and did the routines they learned with them. Their expressions were priceless. A true once in a life time moment," Jeannine Lesburt, owner of Chiampa Dance Center, told Lynnfield Patch in an email.

The group did an awesome job. So glad so many families were able to make the trip. People who just happened to be there thought they were amazing. The patriotic theme was a big hit. Thanks to all involved in making them so good.
