Arrest Made After Suspicious Car Reported

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, Jan. 23 and Tuesday, Jan. 24.
On Monday, Jan. 23 at 12:49 a.m., a motorist reported striking a deer near Wing Road.
At 12:58 a.m., police provided a lift assist to a town resident.
At 11:50 a.m., an officer spoke with two parents at Our Lady of the Assumption School regarding a social media matter.
At 11:52 a.m., a caller reported two ice fishermen on Pillings Pond and expressed concern about whether the ice was safe. An officer spoke to the two, who said the ice was four inches thick and they were taking appropriate precautions.
At 11:53 a.m., the previously mentioned ice fishermen left Pillings Pond after a second call came in.
On Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 10:32 a.m., police took a walk-in report involving a break-in/burglary.
At 5:10 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Fairview Ave. Soon after, police arrested James Ferraguto, 31, of 9 Carleton St. Apt. 9, Onset, for operating on a revoked license, subsequent offense, and for operating without an ignition interlock device.
At 9:02 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious van parked at a neighbor's home, with an individual walking around the place while the neighbor was not home. The individual turned out to be a repairman.
