Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Wednesday, Sept. 26 and Thursday, Sept. 27.

On Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 12:57 a.m., a large group of youths were reported making noise on Moulton Drive. They were gone on arrival.
At 8:59 a.m., a complaint came in about a dumpster in the cul-de-sac on Smith Farm Trail.
At 10:04 a.m., a domestic disturbance was reported on Salem Street. Peace was restored.
At 11:11 a.m., a dog was reported struck by a car on Knoll Road.
At 5:37 p.m., police took a fraud report.

On Thursday, Sept. 27 at 8:45 a.m., a worker at Lynnfield High School was struck by a beam and transported to Lahey Clinic. He was later discharged.
At 9:43 a.m. a caller reported a car had been parked behind a Broadway address for about a month. It was found to be reported stolen out of Danvers and towed from the scene.
At 10:47 a.m., a caller told police that a large sinkhole was starting to form on Chestnut Street. It turned out not to be a sinkhole.
At 11:41 a.m., police took a report involving phone and Internet harassment.
At 4:20 p.m., Lynnfield Police were informed by State Police of a male suspect with no shoes who had fled on foot behind the Fat Cactus. State Police reportedly took him into custody on Canterbury Road.
At 5:19 p.m., a suspicious male was reported walking around on a Lowell Street property. He was gone on arrival.
At 5:53 p.m., a caller reported that a several young women in a red or maroon two-door car with a spoiler had stolen political signs from a home on the corner of Main and Lowell streets.
At 7:26 p.m., a caller reported what sounded like an animal in distress near Otter Pond Road. An area search turned up negative.
