55+ Living in Lynnfield

Take a tour of Lynnfield's Windsor Estates

While I am not exactly the target demographic, I did see a lot that I liked when touring the newest 55+ housing options at Windsor Estates.

Windsor Estates is a 55+ gated community with "lavish detail, superior craftsmanship and expected luxuries." It's 44 units built in two distinct styles claim "unmatched construction, style and ambiance."

Appropriately located within walking distance of the activity-rich on Salem Street, this planned community of modern amenity homes built with traditional architectural elements currently has one duplex complete with left and right side models open for viewing. Both are fully finished, showcasing available options in appliances, cabinetry, counters, fixtures, and flooring.

The right-side unit – the Buckingham – is staged with furniture in each room of the main and second floor, while the left-side unit – the Kensington – is furnished on the first floor only. A neutral color palette throughout allows for a nice visual flow from room to room. Some of my favorite Benjamin Moore colors were used. The Buckingham shows Lenox Tan in the master bedroom and dining room, Bareley Beige in the basement, Twilight Gold in the master bath, Putnam Ivory in the first floor bath, and all trim is painted White Dove.

Windsor Estates are presented by Monastiero Development, which has over 20 years of real estate sales and development on the North Shore including Lynnfield's Ashley Court, Joseph's Lane and the office of Northrup Associates Realtors.
