LYNNFIELD, This year marks the celebration of Northrup Associates 60th Anniversary.  In 1952, Norman Northrup first opened his real estate office on the second floor of the Centre Shopping Center in Lynnfield.  Before long Northrup Associates became a significant force in the sale of residential real estate sales on the North Shore.

In 1980 the company was sold to John Kennedy who then became Broker/Owner. Under John’s leadership Northrup Associates continued to grow and prosper, developing a reputation for high standards and professional real estate practices.

Northrup Associates has continued to grow since ownership of the company was passed to Richard Tisei and Bernie Starr in 2000. Since that time, Northrup Associates has become one of the largest, independently owned real estate firms in the region serving a number of cities and towns throughout the North Shore.
